After completion, we help the client choose the specialists to shape the property. For each discipline, we shortlist up to three firms from our network and chair the interviews. Contractors are tendered in the same way.
We compare each proposal with market rates before the client makes an appointment. The client contracts with each firm directly, and we keep the work on a single timetable.

Introductions to trusted art advisers and dealers.
We introduce clients to art advisers and dealers from our network for advice on, and the purchase of, art and antiques.
All advisers are vetted before joining the network. Clients engage them directly.
